We ask you to take a moment to read the conditions of contract appearing in the folder at your disposal in the apartment.
Please read them carefully so that you can enjoy a perfectly relaxing vacation.
GENERAL RULES
The apartment will be perfectly clean and tidy when you arrive.
Please leave it tidy, with the dishes washed and put away (plates, cutlery, etc.) and take out the garbage, if not, will be charged a sum of € 35,00 for extraordinasy claning.
Please, close the shutters in case of wind; in case of damages due to negligence, all the reparing cost will be charged.
Use the appliances according to the instructions, which you will find in the folder in the suite.
Security deposit € 200,00
Your security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, if you left a cash deposit.
If your security deposit was made using a credit card, it will be refunded 30 days after the date on which you leave the apartment.
Our staff will pick up the keys and inspect the apartment for damage.
Arrival – Departure
Check-in: between 15:00 and 18:00 (late check-in could be required an extra charge)
Check-out: by 11:00, without exception
One "day of accommodations" is defined as (refer to the above)

Departure – check-out: by 11:00, without exception
One "weekend of accommodations" is defined as
Arrival – check-in: on Friday afternoon between 15:00 and 18:00
